OUR TEAM
🌿 Where Skilled Hands Meet Compassionate Care At Soothing Sage Therapeutic Massage, we believe healing should never feel rushed. Soothing Sage Therapeutic Massage was founded by Ari and Branden, a couple in life and partners in business who share more than 16 years of combined experience and a passion for compassionate care. Soothing Sage was created with a simple mission: to provide exceptional therapeutic massage in a calm, welcoming environment where every client feels genuinely cared for. We're not a membership-based franchise, and we don't believe in one-size-fits-all massage. Every session is thoughtfully customized to your body's unique needs—whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, preparing for an athletic event, or simply taking time to relax and recharge. One of the promises that sets us apart is our commitment to a true 60-minute hands-on massage. We intentionally schedule transition time between appointments so your session is never rushed and you receive our full attention from beginning to end. We even offer Himalayan Salt Stones and Cupping at no additional charge! (upon request or as needed per client specific wellness goals) Although our approaches are different, they're intentionally complementary. Branden brings a systematic, precision-focused style with exceptional deep tissue work and targeted therapeutic techniques. Ari combines detailed clinical work with a holistic approach, offering additional modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Himalayan Salt Stones, and Dynamic Cupping. Together, our strengths allow us to care for a wide variety of clients and create treatment plans tailored to each individual. Whether it's your first massage or you've been receiving bodywork for years, we're honored to be part of your wellness journey. Therapeutic care. Every body is welcome.
Ari E.
Ari’s path to massage therapy began in 2021, after spending nearly a year peppering her longtime massage therapist with questions about the human body and how massage affects it. That curiosity eventually led her to ASIS Massage Education—although life had other plans when she broke both hands just before graduation and had to take an unexpected hiatus before completing her training in 2024. Before becoming a massage therapist, Ari served others in many forms: supporting new mothers as a birth doula, caring for families as a private nanny, and adding a little sweetness to the world as a pastry chef—crème brûlée included. Ari has always known her purpose was to love and serve others, with being a mother coming first. During her time away from school, she realized just how deeply massage had changed her—not only physically, but personally—and knew she had found her calling. Her pressure ranges from gentle, nurturing touch to focused, elbow-deep work. She specializes in Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. Ari especially loves longer, highly customized sessions, with favorite modalities including Dynamic Cupping, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Himalayan Salt Stones. Her goal is simple: to listen closely, work intentionally, and help every client feel genuinely cared for.
Branden H.
Branden began his massage therapy training at the National Holistic Institute in Sacramento, California, and has been practicing since 2013. For him, massage is more than a career—it is a deeply rewarding way to help people feel better, move more comfortably, and experience meaningful relief. His pressure ranges from light and relaxing to exceptionally deep, allowing each session to be adjusted to the client’s body, comfort level, and goals. Branden specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Swedish Massage, with a particular love for detailed neck and back work. His approach is systematic, structural, and highly focused. He takes the time to identify areas of tension and restriction, then works with precision to address the patterns contributing to discomfort—not simply the places that hurt the most. Branden is especially comfortable working with larger, stronger, and more muscular bodies and is not intimidated by clients who need substantial pressure. Truly, no body is too big. His goal is to provide focused, effective bodywork that leaves clients feeling looser, more balanced, and genuinely cared for.
