Services

Welcome to Soothing Sage. This introductory session is available once to first-time clients and includes a true 90 minutes of customized, hands-on therapeutic massage. The extended appointment gives your therapist time to learn your preferences, discuss your goals, address 2 priority areas, and provide a balanced experience without rushing. Your session may combine Swedish massage, moderate to firm therapeutic pressure, trigger-point techniques, neuromuscular work, sports massage techniques, gentle stretching, and relaxation-focused bodywork. This introductory offer applies to therapeutic massage only. For sustained deep-pressure work throughout most of the appointment, please book a 90 Min Deep Tissue Massage. First-time Soothing Sage clients only. One introductory session per client.

A true 90-minute, hands-on massage designed around what your body needs that day. The additional time allows your therapist to provide a more complete session while giving extra attention to areas of tension without making the experience feel rushed. Your massage may combine Swedish massage, moderate to firm therapeutic pressure, trigger-point techniques, neuromuscular work, sports massage techniques, gentle stretching, and relaxation-focused bodywork. This is an excellent choice when you would like both focused therapeutic work and time for a more balanced full-body session. For sustained deep-pressure work throughout most of the appointment, please select our Deep Tissue Massage session.

A true 60-minute session for clients who want deliberate, focused work on persistent muscular tension. Your therapist uses slower strokes, sustained pressure, trigger-point work, and other therapeutic techniques based on your body and goals. Deep tissue is not a contest in how much pressure you can tolerate; the work should remain productive, communicative, and within your comfort. Best for one or two priority areas when detailed work matters most.

An exceptionally gentle, fully clothed session using still holds and subtle contact around the head, spine, sacrum, and other areas of tension. The pace is quiet and unhurried, giving the body space to soften and the nervous system time to settle. This appointment is reserved entirely for craniosacral work rather than blending only a few techniques into a massage. Ideal for clients who prefer light touch, deep rest, or a calm, inward-focused session.

A true 60-minute, hands-on massage customized to your body, comfort, and goals for the session. Your therapist may blend Swedish massage, moderate to firm therapeutic pressure, trigger-point techniques, neuromuscular work, sports massage techniques, gentle stretching, and focused attention where you need it most. This session can be relaxing, therapeutic, or a thoughtful balance of both. It is ideal for general tension, stress relief, routine body maintenance, or focused work on one priority area. For sustained deep-pressure work throughout most of the appointment, please select our Deep Tissue Massage session.

A customized therapeutic massage for clients under 18, provided with careful communication, professional boundaries, and age-appropriate pressure and techniques. Sessions may support general muscle tension, sports and activity recovery, stress relief, posture-related discomfort, or healthy relaxation. A parent or legal guardian must complete all required consent paperwork and follow Soothing Sage’s minor-session attendance policy. Ari will communicate directly with both the minor and guardian while respecting the minor client’s comfort, privacy, and right to request changes or stop the session at any time. Please contact us before booking when the minor has a recent injury, medical condition, significant pain, or other concerns that may require healthcare-provider clearance.

A true 90-minute Thai bodywork session performed fully clothed. Ari combines rhythmic compression, gentle rocking, joint mobilization, and assisted stretching to work through the body as a connected whole. The longer appointment allows time for a fuller Thai sequence instead of adding a few stretches to a traditional massage. Pressure and range of motion are always adjusted to your comfort. Please wear clean, flexible clothing and let Ari know about joint instability, recent injuries, surgery, or movement restrictions.

A true two-hour, hands-on massage for clients who want an exceptionally thorough and unhurried experience. The extended session provides time to address multiple areas of tension, work with patterns throughout the body, and still create space for calming, restorative massage. Your therapist may combine Swedish massage, moderate to firm therapeutic pressure, trigger-point techniques, neuromuscular work, sports massage techniques, stretching, and relaxation-based bodywork according to your goals and comfort. This session is ideal for extensive therapeutic work, whole-body maintenance, or clients who simply need more time to fully settle. For sustained deep-pressure work throughout most of the appointment, please select our Deep Tissue Massage session.

A true 90-minute deep tissue session with enough time to address 2 to 3 focus areas without rushing. Slower, specific pressure, trigger-point work, and therapeutic techniques are tailored to your goals, whether you are managing chronic tension, physical workload, or workout-related tightness. Deep tissue does not automatically mean painful or maximum pressure. We work at the depth your tissues can receive while keeping the session purposeful and comfortable.

A true two-hour deep tissue session for clients who need detailed work across the body or multiple long-standing areas of tension. The extended time allows your therapist to work slowly, revisit connected muscle groups, and combine focused therapeutic techniques without sacrificing a complete, grounded session. Pressure is always customized and communication is encouraged throughout. This is intensive, unhurried bodywork—not simply two hours of maximum pressure.

A true 60-minute session dedicated entirely to the feet and lower legs. Ari uses intentional techniques and gentle mobilization to address tired feet, encourage deep relaxation, release stress, and help the whole body settle. Unlike adding a few minutes of foot work to a massage, this appointment allows time for a complete reflexology sequence. Work is performed from the knees down. Please tell Ari about foot injuries, infections, neuropathy, recent surgery, or areas that should be avoided.

A gentle, full-session approach using light, rhythmic strokes to support the body’s natural lymph movement and ease feelings of puffiness or heaviness. Because lymphatic work is very different from traditional massage, pressure remains light and the entire appointment follows a focused sequence. This is wellness-focused bodywork, not medical treatment or post-operative care unless discussed and approved in advance. Medical clearance may be required for recent surgery, unexplained swelling, infection, blood-clot history, or heart or kidney concerns.

A true 60-minute Shiatsu session performed fully clothed, using steady finger, palm, and thumb pressure, gentle rocking, and stretches along traditional pathways of the body. Rather than mixing a few Shiatsu techniques into table massage, the entire appointment follows the rhythm and structure of the modality. A wonderful choice for clients who enjoy focused compression without oil and want to feel grounded and deeply relaxed. Please wear clean, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.
