Soothing Sage Therapeutic Massage

Welcome to Soothing Sage. This introductory session is available once to first-time clients and includes a true 90 minutes of customized, hands-on therapeutic massage. The extended appointment gives your therapist time to learn your preferences, discuss your goals, address 2 priority areas, and provide a balanced experience without rushing. Your session may combine Swedish massage, moderate to firm therapeutic pressure, trigger-point techniques, neuromuscular work, sports massage techniques, gentle stretching, and relaxation-focused bodywork. This introductory offer applies to therapeutic massage only. For sustained deep-pressure work throughout most of the appointment, please book a 90 Min Deep Tissue Massage. First-time Soothing Sage clients only. One introductory session per client.

A true 90-minute, hands-on massage designed around what your body needs that day. The additional time allows your therapist to provide a more complete session while giving extra attention to areas of tension without making the experience feel rushed. Your massage may combine Swedish massage, moderate to firm therapeutic pressure, trigger-point techniques, neuromuscular work, sports massage techniques, gentle stretching, and relaxation-focused bodywork. This is an excellent choice when you would like both focused therapeutic work and time for a more balanced full-body session. For sustained deep-pressure work throughout most of the appointment, please select our Deep Tissue Massage session.

A true 60-minute session for clients who want deliberate, focused work on persistent muscular tension. Your therapist uses slower strokes, sustained pressure, trigger-point work, and other therapeutic techniques based on your body and goals. Deep tissue is not a contest in how much pressure you can tolerate; the work should remain productive, communicative, and within your comfort. Best for one or two priority areas when detailed work matters most.

An exceptionally gentle, fully clothed session using still holds and subtle contact around the head, spine, sacrum, and other areas of tension. The pace is quiet and unhurried, giving the body space to soften and the nervous system time to settle. This appointment is reserved entirely for craniosacral work rather than blending only a few techniques into a massage. Ideal for clients who prefer light touch, deep rest, or a calm, inward-focused session.
